Crazy Coincidence

This has happened a few times. Where I'll take a picture of Ryan and it reminds me of a picture I have of Katie and then it turns out that I took them at almost the same exact age. Anyway...I took this picture of Ryan yesterday when Katie was putting these stacking buckets on his head...


This picture was taken when Katie was around 7 months as well :)

Birthday In The Park

Our good friend Boog (his super secret spy name from his Mommy's blog) had his 4th birthday last weekend at a local park. Despite almost being blown away by the wind, we had a great time!

Thank you Lindsay and Paul for inviting us to the Astro's game Thursday night! We had a lot of fun! This mama doesn't get out much so it was a real treat for me to have some adult conversation and an adult beverage! :)

The Astros play at Minute Maid Park...very nice park but for some reason they had the roof closed and it was a bit roasty...


Check out how great the seats were! We were SO close to catching a foul ball...about two rows directly behind us!

We went to the zoo, zoo, zoo...how about you, you, you?

Wednesday we went to the zoo with some friends and had a great time! I bought a season pass so we're looking forward to many zoo trips in the future :)

A day in April...

So I was driving yesterday and the sun was shining, kids were in a good mood and this song came on the radio...it just made me happy so I had an idea to just take snapshots of the kids outside eating lunch and to also take some video. It's not perfect...the pictures aren't that great......I cut the song off on the end on accident....I'm definitely NOT a videographer, but it still makes me happy to watch.
