Here is Katie on her first day of preschool and her last....
Uncle Brandon leaves tomorrow :( It's been nice having him around! The other night he cooked us his famous fried chicken....mmmm
I don't think artichokes are very popular in TX...they are in season in CA and around $1....here? $3.29 each. Maybe I should grow my own like Jenifer! :P They sure were YUMMY though! Katie tried one leaf...the verdicts still out I think :P
Brandon has a new buddy :) He even watched Ryan for me on afternoon...what a great uncle!

Had a blast at a friend's pirate themed bday!
Uncle Brandon wanted real TX bbq and Katie was right in there eating ribs with the boys!
My baby turned 3 1/2 today. My goal was to give her some one on one time today so we took her to see the movie "Up" and to ice cream. You could really tell she loved the undivided attention. I hoping to make this a monthly thing :)

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Brandon (from the airport) came to visit for Memorial Day weekend and we had lots of fun. Uncle Brandon and Daddy did a lot of golfing. :P
Ryan got another haircut. This is #2 and I obviously have no idea what to do with it. It's Daddy's turn next time!
We went to the zoo and got caught in a huge thunderstorm and had to cut our trip short. :(
It's hard to tell but teh big orangutan came right over to where the kids were at the glass and was playing with them!

KATIE'S END OF YEAR PARTY
Katie's last day of school is actually tomorrow but they had their party on Tuesday. I can't believe how fast the year has gone! We were so blessed to have 2 very wonderful teachers that Katie had a great connection with.

And what better place to go right after an ice cream party but the DENTIST! :S Katie's scheduler didn't think that one through very well! :P But she got an A+++...her teeth were great. Katie has sort of developed and obsession with brushing her teeth. I actually have to tell her no sometimes! :P
