Weekend of Love

Valentine's Weekend just happened to also be the weekend Grandma and Grandpa from the airport visited. We had lots of fun playing at the park...

And a trip to the zoo...





It's getting a bit tougher now when the visits come to an end for a certain little girl. She loves her some grandma and grandpa from the airport :)

In this past week we went from HOT HOT HOT temps where 10 minutes outside leaves us dripping with sweat to beautiful 70's and sunshine.

Out in the heat...so miserable and sweaty but the kids don't mind! Ryan LOVES it outside. We can't even open the door to let the dog out or else he'll throw a fit to go outside...


He's a monkey for sure, always climbing on something. This time the slide...success!

Ryan is into everything...if he's not supposed to do something, you can be sure he's going to do it. Here he pulled the tricycle off of the patio...and said "uh oh!"


Finally beautiful weather...what better place to spend it than at the zoo wtih friends!

Little man finally able to walk after being in the stroller all day. Proved challenging with the 4 year olds running 3 miles ahead, the 2 year old wandering about in all directions and the 1 year old 2 miles behind! :P


Riding the train in Hermann Park (and a camera change with a wider angle and video). So fun!


Sorry no sound (long story), actually be greatful that you don't have to listen to my annoying voice! :P

Catching Up!

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Brandon (from the airport) came to visit for Memorial Day weekend and we had lots of fun. Uncle Brandon and Daddy did a lot of golfing. :P

Ryan got another haircut. This is #2 and I obviously have no idea what to do with it. It's Daddy's turn next time!


We went to the zoo and got caught in a huge thunderstorm and had to cut our trip short. :(




It's hard to tell but teh big orangutan came right over to where the kids were at the glass and was playing with them!

KATIE'S END OF YEAR PARTY
Katie's last day of school is actually tomorrow but they had their party on Tuesday. I can't believe how fast the year has gone! We were so blessed to have 2 very wonderful teachers that Katie had a great connection with.

And what better place to go right after an ice cream party but the DENTIST! :S Katie's scheduler didn't think that one through very well! :P But she got an A+++...her teeth were great. Katie has sort of developed and obsession with brushing her teeth. I actually have to tell her no sometimes! :P
